Fry’s Vegetarian Samosas


1 box Fry’s Vegetarian Mince
1/2 Onion (chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped)
Samosa Pastry
Garlic to taste
Oil

Sauté onion, chilli and garlic until softened and combined. Add Mince and cook for a further 8 minutes. Add the chopped tomato and simmer until heated through. Allow mixture to cool and spoon into the samoosa pastry. Heat oil in a heavy-based pan. Deep fry samosas until golden brown.
Serve hot
